The initial week is preparatory and an opportunity to familiarise yourself with the Introduction, the Basic Principles and Basic Tools. Using the book and accompanying workbook, the prompts will cover 12 weeks.

In the second week we will jump into Week 1 of the contents and report back weekly on our progress, learning and challenges experienced.
